What Is This
TrendingSociety.com is a multi-vertical media site that publishes hundreds of articles per week with minimal human intervention. It covers technology, sports, finance, entertainment, and food, with each vertical running its own AI persona and editorial voice.
The entire content operation is automated: RSS feeds and social signals get picked up by the ingestion pipeline, articles are researched with Tavily, rewritten by Gemini with persona-specific prompts, given custom FLUX-generated featured images, and published to WordPress via REST API. The whole thing runs on Trigger.dev with Langfuse observability.
Why I Built It
I wanted a real proving ground for the AI content pipeline I was building. Instead of testing against toy examples, I built a production media site that needs to publish reliably, look good, and actually rank in search. Every bug in the pipeline shows up as a broken article on a live site, which keeps the quality bar high.
It also serves as the content engine for Osesame: everything published here demonstrates what the platform's agents and pipelines can do at scale.

Fully Automated Publishing

AI-Generated Featured Images
Every article gets a custom featured image generated by FLUX via Replicate. The image pipeline analyzes article content, generates a creative brief, and produces editorial-quality artwork uploaded to Cloudinary.
Multi-Author Personas
Each vertical has its own AI persona with distinct voice, style, and WordPress author profile. Prompts managed and versioned through Langfuse so content quality is consistent and improvable.
SEO + Structured Data
Every article includes FAQ schema (JSON-LD), proper heading hierarchy, internal linking, and meta descriptions. Articles are optimized for both traditional search and AI answer engines.
Social Distribution
Content repurposed into platform-native formats for Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Threads, and YouTube via the Late API integration. One article becomes 7+ social posts.
